MRMC Medical Couriers was established in 2005 and both co-founders have over 7 years experience of in the courier Industry.
“We were aware that big courier companies were not giving enough attention to some accounts in the health care industry. Therefore, clients were unhappy with a lack of customer service, delivery mistakes and late responses. We envisioned the opportunity to enter the industry with the aim to provide our clients with a FIRST CLASS SERVICE. This would only be possible if we were able to implement: a personalized customer service, fast responses to customer needs while still maintaining competitive rates for the medical courier service. So far we have delivered what we promised”
